The Ballroom
The Ballroom accommodates 1,500 SRO, 1,200 Cocktail, 400 Theater, 350 Cabaret and 250 for a Seated Dinner. The overall decor is a blank canvas, which can elegantly be transformed into your ideal atmosphere. The dramatic interior boasts 22-foot barrel-vaulted ceilings with exposed wood planks, hand forged iron chandeliers, sculptural trusses, aged brick walls and original concrete floors stained. Also, located off stage right and ideal for VIP, is a raised area measuring 50' wide x 16' deep.
The Studio
The Studio, located adjacent to the Ballroom, is able to facilitate 350 SRO, 200 Cocktail, 125 Cabaret / Theater and 100 for a Seated Dinner. This room offers a warmer, more intimate environment providing a hip and elegant setting perfect for a memorable event. Ambient lighting consists of a single rustic candlelight like chandelier, four intelligent fixtures, five decorative pendants hanging above the permanent bar and a variety of par cans and pin spots. Opposite the pie-shaped stage, you will find a wall lined with five plush grey banquettes on a raised platform. For larger concerts, meetings or events, the Studio is well suited as a pre-function space with a unique vantage of the Ballroom over the large bar when the 30' wide x 7' high partition is opened.
