  • What is the address?
  • 813 Saint Emanuel Street, Houston, Texas 77003 (located just three blocks from Minute Maid Park and directly behind the George R. Brown Convention Center).
  • What are the hours of operation?
  • The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 12pm - 6pm and on show days beginning 1 hour prior to doors until the headliner takes the stage. The Administrative Offices are open Monday through Friday from 10am - 5pm.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Does the venue have an ATM on site?
  • Yes. There is an ATM located in the venue.
  • Is there wheelchair accessibility?
  • Yes. Please feel free to call 713.225.5483 x100 in advance, in order to make arrangements.
  • Does the venue have seats?
  • Unless a show is advertised as seated, our shows are general admission and standing room only. A small number of couches are available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the Studio. Patrons with special needs should call 713.225.5483 x100 in advance to make arrangements.
  • How old do you have to be to attend a show?
  • All shows are all ages unless otherwise indicated on the Warehouse Live website, Front Gate Ticket website, or on the physical ticket. Please check each event for age restrictions.
  • What is your re-entry policy?
  • For all Ballroom shows, there is no re-entry. If you are under 21, there is no re-entry for both Ballroom and Studio shows.
  • What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio?
  • Still photos and recording policies are at the bands discretion and are subject to change each show. You may bring your camera with the understanding that you might need to take it back to your means of transportation prior to entering the venue.
  • What items can I not bring into the venue?
  • Weapons, laser pointers, wallet chains, spiked jewelry, lighters, matches, or outside food and beverages.
  • Do you need an ID to enter the venue?
  • For all ages shows, an ID is not required for entry. However, in compliance with TABC, anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking or purchasing alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID. For shows with age restrictions, an ID is required for entry. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.
  • Is smoking permitted inside the venue?
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the venue, but we do have designated smoking areas outside.
  • Where can I park?
  • There is a $5 lot that is located behind our building off of Walker.
  • How can I rent the venue?
  • Please visit the Private Events section of the website. Warehouse Live is the perfect place for your event!
