Warehouse Live

The service personnel required by the venue for a Studio event is $1,000 and will be billed to the client. The rate for the service personnel is based on a 4 hour event. Depending on the scope of your event/production, additional labor may be required: stage hands, etc.

Warehouse Live welcomes outside caterers. Proof of liability insurance will be required along with proper licenses.

A $500 refundable deposit via cashiers check or cash is required from the caterer. This fee is refundable only after the caterer checks out with Warehouse Live management and only if the catering area(s) are left in the condition in which it was found as determined by Warehouse Live management.

The Sound & Lighting package is included in the rent and features our full sound and light system, microphones, monitors, and mixers (basically all the sound and lighting equipment required by a live band).

In order to utilize our stage sound and light system, technicians are required for your event (this cost is detailed above in Service Personnel).

The customer and its vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance to Warehouse Live no later than 10 days prior to the event. Insurance requirements are outlined in the venue rental contract.

The non-refundable room deposit is the amount of the rent and is due upon execution of the contract. Your event date is not confirmed until such time the venue receives the deposit and fully executed venue rental contract. The balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the event.

A ten percent discount will be afforded to not-for-profit organizations holding a Federal 501 (c) (3) certificate. This will apply to all days except Saturdays when no discount will be offered.

All prices and availability are subject to change until contracted. These rates do not include holiday or special event pricing.
