Non-Ticketed Events:

Pricing based on a 9 hour maximum (including set up and break down). If additional time is needed, a fee of $100 per hour will be added to the basic rate. Rent includes use of Ballroom and Studio.

The service personnel listed below are required by the venue and will be billed to the client at the rates shown.

All rates listed above are based on a 4 hour event, with a 4 hour minimum required. Depending on the scope of your event/production, additional labor may be required: stage hands, etc.

Warehouse Live welcomes outside caterers. Proof of liability insurance will be required along with proper licenses.

A $500 refundable deposit via cashiers check or cash is required from the caterer. This fee is refundable only after the caterer checks out with Warehouse Live management and only if the catering area(s) are left in the condition in which it was found as determined by Warehouse Live management.

The Basic Sound and Light package is $500 and includes speakers, stage lighting, microphones and a podium.

The Premium Sound and Light package is $1,500 and includes our full sound and light systems, microphones, monitors, and mixers (basically all the sound and lighting equipment required by a live band).

Sound and light technicians are required for both packages at a total cost of $550 for the event (this cost is included above in Service Personnel).

Warehouse Live does not own any parking around the venue. There are Parking lots adjacent to the building available at a rate of $5.00 per car. Please contact Louis Macey, Jr. at (713) 960-0690 if you would like to host self parking for your event.

Warehouse Live can also arrange Valet Service for your event.

The customer and its vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance to Warehouse Live no later than 10 days prior to the event. Insurance requirements are outlined in the venue rental contract.

The non-refundable room deposit is the amount of the rent and is due upon execution of the contract. Your event date is not confirmed until such time the venue receives the deposit and fully executed venue rental contract. The balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the event.

A 10% discount will be afforded to not-for-profit organizations holding a Federal 501 (c) (3) certificate. This will apply to all days except Saturdays when no discount will be offered.

All prices and availability are subject to change until contracted. These rates do not include holiday or special event pricing.
